Flexi’s commitment to Health & Safety

At Flexi, the health & safety of our team, our customers & our community is our top priority. During these times of uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we can reassure you that we are doing everything we can to provide a safe environment for everyone. We’ve implemented some additional measures to do our part to “flatten the curve” of COVID-19 outbreaks in Australia.

Increased Hand Hygiene 

We are increasing the number of hand sanitisers throughout our showrooms, offices and factories, as well as providing staff with personal hand sanitisers for their vehicles.

Face Masks Available

We have purchased a number of single-use face masks for those who would prefer to shield their mouth & nose, or for those who request our designers or installers wear one.

Limited Physical Contact

We hope you aren’t offended, but we may not shake your hand when we greet you. All staff have been advised that limited physical contact is recommended by health care professionals.

Increased Cleaning of Showrooms

To help keep our showrooms hygienic, we’re increasing the cleaning schedules of our showrooms. We are also endeavouring to have disinfectant wipes readily available.

Virtual Consultations Available

We understand that some people are choosing to have limited social interaction at this time, and we’re working hard to provide virtual design consultations. If you would prefer a virtual appointment rather than in-home or at one of our showrooms, then contact us to find out how.
