We used Flexi 15 years ago for a built in robe and have been very happy with it - it still looks new. That is why we decided to go with Flexi again when we did our kitchen renovation. Right from the start we were given good and honest advice and in all honesty, the service and flexibility did not disappoint us. All workers and contractors were respectful, professional and friendly. We are very happy with the result. We got what we wanted thanks to willing listeners and good advice. WALK IN ROBE RENOVATION We recently had our large walk in robe renovation installed by Flexi. And we are in love!! From the first phone call to meeting Kevin who helped us design and utilise all the wasted space, we now have an amazing functional walk in robe. Everyone we spoke to when dealing with Flex were helpful and friendly. The installers on the day came prompty at 7am as expected and they were fantastic guys with their workmanship. We did get a couple of other quotes and whilst Flex might not be the cheapest and we had to wait 2 months for the installation, we were very happy with everything and knowing it is made in WA was another factor. Stylish and functional. I recently had a walk-in wardrobe and kitchen cabinet installed by Flexi. The designer, Ross, did an excellent job creating a stylish and functional wardrobe with a combination of hanging areas, multiple slim drawers for clothes, jewellery and accessories and a shoe display cupboard and a further mirrored cupboard. It fits in beautifully with the house design. The Kitchen cabinet incorporates a wine cellar and display shelves for glassware. It fits perfectly with the rest of the kitchen and looks part of the original design. Both items have multiple LED lighting features. I had to wait several months for installation but when the day arrived the installation was very professional and trouble free. Well done Flexi! - 12/03/2023

Tricky room, excellent result We recently had our dream kitchen designed and manufactured by Ross Grida and the team at Flexi. The range on offer enabled us to find a quality product that we could squeeze into our budget. We had a weird shaped room that wasn’t really able to be upgraded without some structural work being done, so the partnership they have with Scope was what sealed the deal for us. Craig Teede was our project manager and having him co-ordinate all the trades meant everything was kept on track. Communication with both Ross and Craig was easy with both of them being easy to reach to troubleshoot any issues or ask questions. Happy customer - would recommend Flexi completed a full wardrobe fitout of our house along with a study as well. Was very happy with the communication from Kevin from the beginning & he assisted with the job through production (where required). The installers were really great blokes that got the whole job done in a day. Great work Flexi Team! Our experience with Flexi in designing and installing our updated kitchen was first class. Richard led the design and his ideas and patience were the key reason for choosing Flexi including changing the bench height and replacing the windows. Craig managed the installation and we were pleasantly surprised at the pre-installation meeting when he presented a day-by-day project plan covering all aspects of the installation and the tradespeople we could expect. This provided a high level of confidence in the quality and care we would receive. The plan was followed and the various tradespeople were all a pleasure to deal with, highly skilled, timely and cleaned up as they went. Our new office is very chic! We turned our existing office into a bedroom. Easy! Then we were able to get the same functionality (2 workstations and plenty of storage) into what used to be a blank alcove space! Easy too! So much better use of the spaces. Amazing Service We were desperately in need of built in wardrobes and a large dining/buffet system after purchasing our “new” 1930’s home. From the moment we engaged with Flexi they provided a professional, considered, timely and seamless service. Kevin was patient and flexible with our ever changing requirements and really helped us in choosing the specification of the cupboards and buffet taking into account the age and features of the home. Flexi: The dream team This year, on the recommendation of a family member, I engaged with Flexi to renovate our kitchen. From the outset we have been the recipients of unbelievable service and expertise. Richard designed our kitchen. Kitchen of my dreams We got quotes from 5 different companies for our kitchen renovation but when Ross from Flexi came out we instantly knew this was a company that cared about the details and would work closely with us to bring our vision to life. We have a very old house and Ross was able to design functionality and storage into every little nook for us! There is absolutely no wasted space, which was so important to us as we weren't able to enlarge the footprint by much. We did have a few scheduling hiccups with benchtops and an issue with the sink panel, but everyone we spoke to was quick to find solutions and resolve the issues. Starting with wonderful Lynette, who was managing time and accomdated our changes , Kevin's design and advices to the instalation team who did great job with high quality and clean finish. We were working with Kevin second time as previosuly he made for us 2 wonderful Built-In Wardrobes which not only were perfect storage but look incredible in our modern appartment, that was as well huge advantage when we were selling as it appeals to everone who was coming for home open. Flexi just completed 2 wardrobe fit-outs for me. Liam did the design and quote and I really didn’t think it was going to be affordable for me. The initial quote was more than I could afford but with a few tweaks, the price was exactly what I had hoped, and I always think way below the usual prices! I was so excited that I could afford to do 2 robes. One is huge the other, average. The installation was done by another staff member and he did a fantastic job. I didn’t realise how much joy I would get out of having these done. The amount of space I have now is incredible!!!! Thank you so much and for all being so lovely!! - 9/07/2022

Will go back a third time Flexi/Scope renovated my kitchen last year and I was so impressed I got them back to renovate my laundry. The team including Ross, Craig and every single tradesman that came into my house during both renovations were highly skilled, punctual, and respectful. They are also excellent problem solvers, as one needs with an old house! The end result is beautiful, functional, and a massive improvement on what I had. What to do with too many living spaces, turn one into a home office ..... and more storage! Ross, Craig & team have done a terrific job of turning our not required lounge room into a home office with desks, lots of cupboards and even walk-in storage! The house was short on storage so along with the office storage was key. We are really happy with the outcome - even a couple of small adjustments we wanted to make after the fact were sorted for us.
