Conceptualising and creating a thoughtful and functional design is an imperative step to any successful home renovation.

During this phase, you’ll want to ensure you are aligned with the best team.

Offering an end-to-end service at Flexi Renovations, we deliver expert design, meticulous building and personalised interior design. Our integrated process, featuring a cohesive team from beginning to end, ensures your design vision comes to life. We are not builders or interior designers – we provide cabinetry and trade services.

Concept

Beginning any renovation project can be daunting.

We start the process with a complimentary consultation with one of our expert designers, in your home or at one of our showrooms.

They will take the time to listen to your needs and offer advice and suggestions on how to make the most of your space. This initial discussion helps to establish your design requirements and lifestyle needs, as well as account for specific considerations of your existing dwelling.

Once we have clarified your renovation goals and confirmed they fit within your budget, we begin the exciting process of making your vision a reality.

Creation

Now the creative part begins.

In your follow-up consultation, our designer will present stunning 3D renderings of your personalised design, giving you a vivid preview of the final masterpiece.

This engaging and open dialogue delves deeper into your desires, lifestyle and how the renovation will enhance your living experience.

We’ll explore style, aesthetics and design configurations, bringing a curated selection of colour and material samples directly to you for convenient decision-making.

In order to finalise this process we require all details on appliances etc so that we can complete your design including and the detailed specification of finishes and fixtures for your renovation.

We also arrange a quote to facilitate all the trades* required to complement and complete your kitchen so you do not have to worry about organising these trades.

Curation

Once you’ve agreed on your design, made your selections and paid your deposit, our production team meticulously goes through every aspect of your design for quality assurance.

With all approvals received and your renovation plan in place, we contact you to arrange an installation date that works with your schedule, so you know exactly when your order will be installed with plenty of notice.

Completion

Communication is key. We will reach out closer to your installation date to let you know when your installer will arrive.

We ensure our clients are empowered with all the information they need for a smooth renovation. Prior to installation, we email you with notes on how to prepare for the final phase of the project.

We also provide you with a set time that our installer will arrive.

At specific strategic points during your project, the project manager (if applicable) will meet you onsite to go over the process of your job and ensure that the project is on track and this will be outlined on your project plan.

Emailed them recently over a very minor issue...one of the downlights was flickering.  The same original installer guy (Dave - master craftsman!!) arrived a few weeks later and fixed it it 15 minutes - all covered under warranty!

From the onset, we worked with the design team (Richard and Colin), who were extremely knowledgeable.  Richard has an absolute flair for understanding your requirements, budget and desires.  Everyone in the office especially Donna was extremely courteous, nothing was too much trouble. Flexi provided our kitchen, scullery, laundry, garage and bedroom cabinetry. We did change our minds a lot when it came to making selections concerning the design, colours, lighting and splashbacks.  Moreso, when the ban on engineered stone hit, but these issues were always handled in a most friendly and helpful manner. Cosentino Stone, Wangara were a great source of knowledge and assisted us in choosing our stone. The whole installation went like a dream including the delivery, cutting and fitting of the stone, which was completed with the minimum of fuss in a very rural off-road area. The Production Manager, Glenn and his team were first class. As our house build has taken some time to come to fruition and cabinets had to be altered due to a number of external errors and whiteware fit, consequently the installation could not take place in one visit, but once again Glenn and his installers Dave & Co did a first-class job, even though they had to return several times, due to errors caused by other trades not associated with Flexi. Donna on the front desk, though extremely busy, was always at the end of the phone to assist or find the right person to answer any questions posed! Finally, the associated trades, recommended for stone supply (Cosentino) and cutting/installation (Master Tops) were outstanding and worked extremely well alongside the team at Flexi. I would highly recommend Flexi to anyone who wishes to get new cabinetry. Thank you so much to everyone involved in our journey. We can wholeheartedly recommend Flexi to anyone.  The finished kitchen is everything we hoped for and more 😊

He listened to our needs and offered advice that not only makes the kitchen better but also cost effective. There were a few minor issues after installation but it was promptly fixed within a few days. Communications with the install manager was also excellent. We recently completing a renovation of the ground floor of our home and engaged Flexi for the kitchen design and install as well as the completion of an entertainment unit in the open plan living area. We are delighted with the finished look, the kitchen has really become the central area of our home just as we hoped it would. A small amount of the laminate started to peel so I asked for advice as to how stick it back on again. I was amazed they said they would replace the whole panel free of charge. In this day and age service like this is very rare.  Extreemly happy.
